So if your website is coming after 20 results for a keyword search then there are very less chances that users will be coming to the website frequently independent of the quality of your product or services. To get your website into top results you will need to do a lot of search engine optimization.

Thus if you are not able to get your website listed in top results, say top 15, probability of getting success in marketing your product or service through search engines is very less.
